Question : There are two issues:
1. While sleeping (Afternoon and Night) mouth becomes dry fully, no saliva in mouth.
2. No tastes in tongue while eating anything, always tastes spicy like chilly.
Please advise if we need to visit any specialist doctor? Thank you in advance.

Hello ,
I read your query and here is my advice.
If the mouth becomes dry it can be because you sleep with open mouth possibly due to adenoids.
Also Gerd can be an issue of dry mouth and bad taste in mouth. I think you may need to visit an ENT doctor to physically check you.
Also get a breath test done
