These white dots are apparently sebaceous cysts. There is a cheesy white material known as sebum secreted by glands on the skin. This sebum is to keep the skin moist. Once this starts collecting in the glands they swell up and start looking like small pin head size dots. If you squeeze them there is a serpentine small worm-like discharge from the cyst.
What are you supposed to do for this?
This sebum is a fat like substance. That means your skin must be oily. You have to keep the skin dry. Expose your facial skin steam. Do not eat very oily food. Have a good nutritious diet, with a lot of vegetables.
Keep your skin dry and clean.
This should take care of the problem without medication.
