White Bump Appeared On Penis Head. Is This Normal?

Question : i noticed a white bump on my penis head on the underside about 2 or 3 months ago, it has gotten no bigger or smaller, looks like a zit but is not, i also got 4 very small white bumps on my shaft around the same time but i know that is normal, could it be the same thing?

Welcome to the forum.
The description does not fit into anything serious like tumour.
It is most probably smegma collection.
A photograph would have helped me to comment better.
If you are sexually active and had any unprotected sex, get the STD tests done to ensure everything is ok.
