Question : Who should I see about depression. Iam 81; my life is turning upside down with an invalided husband, a sick daughter who’s terminally ill. I have MS, don’t drive, have tri-germinal neuralgia. I cry at the drop of a hat. I need help!
Brief Answer:
Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You seem to be clinically depressed. The best treatment for this is the combination of an SSRI medication such as Lexapro/Prozac/Zoloft and weekly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I would reach out to a psychiatrist in your area for further help.
