Question : What type of Doctor to see if someone is concerned he has genital dysaesthesia? Urologist or dermatologist? Thank you.

I am sorry to hear that you are having abnormal feelings with your penis. I would recommend initially to see a urologist. they can better look at the physiological things related to male genitalia. You may need additional referral to neurology if the urologist can't find any reason for your symptoms.
