Brief Answer:
A neurologist

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the symptoms you are experiencing.

The specialist with more expertise in the management of your symptoms is without a doubt a neurologist.
Of course that doesn't mean he can perform miracles, some issue may remain after a brain injury, but a neurologist is the one who can best assess your situation and provide counseling.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
