Detailed Answer: Hello There can be many reasons for the cold including an allergy or sinus infection or even enlarge adenoids, which are normal tissues located behind your nose. I would like to know what drugs you have been taking, allopathic, ayurvedic or homeopathic and how long have you taken them? I would also like to know what your doctor has told you and what tests have been done on you till now, specially if any allergy tests and xrays/ct scans were done and if yes. what were the reports? Also, what has the doctor advised you for your deviated nasal septum? I would be in a better position to help you if you could answer these for me! Thanks
