Question : 2 months old have to two times very small amount of green pop during the day, doesn't seem to be diarrhea and seems well, should i be concerned

It is pretty normal for infant at this age to pass stools like you described . No need for concern . Keep feeding baby frequently and make sure baby passes frequent urine .
If baby becomes dull , not feeding well then you need to consult your Pediatrician
