Hello dear,

The pounding in ears may mean congestion.
If you are having pain,fever or discharge this can be ear infection.
You may need to go to ENT doctor to check your ear with otoscope .
You may need to use antibiotics.
If you are having a discharge you may do the culture of it and take the right antibiotic.
