Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical query raised by you I can very well understand your concern for your health I would like to tell you that stress or anxiety are one of the most common cause of fast heart rate leading to palpitations in young individuals.

Blood flow to brain doesn’t increase with fast heart rate as brain has its own protective mechanism.

I would like to suggest you to start practising yoga or meditation as that will help you calm your stress. If that doesn’t help then take the help of a psychiatrist personally as you will require behaviour therapies for stress reduction.

Kind Regards
