                                    Brief Answer:
Oral contraceptive pills
Detailed Answer:
Hi Ma'am
Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.
I have gone through your query with diligence. Due to rapid weight loss, weight gain or climate changes can make a delay in periods due to hormonal changes.
If you want it to come in regular intervals like you wish then you can go for combined oral contraceptive pills. In this there will be 28 pills. 21 hormonal and 7 non hormonal pulls. First you should take the hormonal pills for 21 days then the non hormonal pills for rest 7 days. When you are taking this non hormonal pills you will get period which will be light and pain free.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help.
Thanks.

                                    Brief Answer:
Side effects are there.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow-up query.
There is no medicine without side effects. This combined oral contraceptive pills has lots of benefits like it protects from cancer of uterus and ovaries and decreases the chance of occurrence of pelvic inflammatory disease. It also gives a pain free light periods.
Side effects are increase the chance of stroke and heart attack if you are a smoker, hypertension and head ache in some women. But there are lot of women taking with out any such side effects also.
You have to choose a healthy life style with fibre rich food, increase intake of plain water, avoid excess sugar and fat. In that way chances of side effects will be less.
Thanks.
