Question : Hello,
I am seeking advice, because I am feeling very bad for no apparent reason. From reading on the internet I suspect low blood sugar but its just a guess. I am having a very strong headache on the side from the eyes and strong nausea. I have not eaten from lunch but I am also unable to do it because of the strong nausea. I also can feel my heart rate, I am dizzy and have no energy. It happened to me also last night and I vomited from trying to eat something but it got better in the morning. Is there anything I could do to prevent it now and to feel better ?

Brief Answer:
Very like migraine attack.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details,
Every likely as headache is on one side( unilateral) associated with nausea and vomiting it could be Migraine.
If it was hypoglycemia mild it would have responded to sugar.
I would suggest you to take Ibuprofen tablet with Prizolec one tablet stat...
If pain does not respond to it then blood pressure and some blood tests etc would be done at nearest emergency room.
Thanks.
