Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your health query I am of the following opinion:

1. Report shows gastritis with positive RUT which means causative agent is H.pylori and is treatable for which you have been prescribed course of antibiotics for the same.

PS. Do let me know, if you have started with the same and how much days are left.

2. Is/are there any associated (causative/ aggravating) factors for the same, like
- excess intake of alcohol or smoking.
- abuse of pain killers.
- undue emotional/mental stress.
- intake of spicy-fatty food/carbonated drinks.

3. The condition is treatable with Ayurveda, along with dietary and seasonal regime.Do let me know when you want to start with the management.

Hello Doctor,
1) I have completed the antibiotics course yesterday, and I took HP kit which includes Esmoprogole 40mg, Clarithromycin 500mg, Amoxicillin 750mg twice a day for 14days.

2) Not sure about causative, but as far as I remember 15 months ago I was taking pain killers for 2-5 days at that time I started feeling stomach pain, after that pain was occuring in evry 2-3 months roughly and it got worsen over time.

I don't smoke and I was occasionally consuming alcohol and 2 years back I stopped it.

I don't take much stress

whenever I eat foods like dosa, roti, or milk at that time pain raises and this stomach pain was transmitting to chest part also.

3) You can start the with your procedures. Now i am not taking any medicines.

Thank you so much for your valuable inputs.
