Question : I feel discomfort in lower part of the heart sometimes..it feels like...pressing the blood vessel.
Also I have around 11-12 lipomas. In that only one from left upper thigh is paining when I pressed it. i have consumed more proteins/eggs/beef and also protein powder when I was going to gym 2 years ago. Not sure if that was the cause of Lipomas.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you need to check your lipomas.
You may need to be do a total blood count and an ultrasound. You need to check if they are just lipomas or something else , if they compress something or not.
They usually don't cause pain.
Also protein supplements and protein rich diet can to be a reason for lipomas to grow.

What kind of scan you'd suggest. And in any way will it be related to my medical history which is rheumatic fever and having ASO titer more than 200 now.
