Did the mood changes started recently?
For how many days the symptoms last?
Any other stress in the family?
Recent pregnancy?
Also mood changes like anger/depression/crying/irritation are common for one or two days before or during menstruation for few though not for everyone. For this i would suggest you to practice meditation/yoga.
