Question : Hi, I’m male and I have had a painful 1cm lump on my mons pubis for the last three weeks. I’ve also noticed a slight ache in my right testicle. The lump has not changed at all. It’s not weeping or bleeding and I’m currently not sexually active. It generally feels like a cyst. However I’m concerned due to it not improving. FYI I’m 29 and have a history of Crohn’s disease which I’m on azathioprine and adalimumab for. Your opinion would be appreciated.
