Question : Hi I need help please I have got sharp pain left side of stomach and left side of back . I get pain in my groin area on the left side aswell and feel like a have burning sensation in my chest

Hi
As per your description,it could be Left sided Ureteric stone.When the stone is trying to pass down,there will be pain on that side associated with nausea and vomiting sometimes.
Ultrasound Abdomen will give a clue.Sometimes,CT scan will be needed for confirmation.
Burning sensation in the chest can be due to Acid peptic disease.I prescribe Proton pump inhibitors like RABEPRAZOLE 20mg to my patients with similar complaints.
Till you get investigated,take antispasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.
