                                            Question : I get stomach pain after 2 hours after eating food and I have gas and  acid reflux problems and mucus comes in faeces sometimes and nose gets blocked at night

You can take Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks.
Avoid alcohol, smoking and painkiller medications like Brufen.
If symptoms persists, you may have to get tested for Helicobacter pylori infection.
The bowel symptoms could be functional.
Some amount of mucus in stool is normal.
You can get a stool analysis done to rule out infection.
Take Visbiome once daily for relief.
