Why I Have A Bloated Feeling On My Left Hand Side Of Tummy?

Is it bad
Hello
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern.
Well likely it is related to gas and dyspepsia.
Not to worry if you do not have associated pain, vomiting, fever, weight loss or altered bowel habits.
Can try taking medicine like omeprazole with domperidone combination available over the counter once a day before breakfast for 2 weeks and see how you feel.
In addition try following things too,
1. avoid excess oily spicy food
2. take small frequent meals avoid heavy meals at a time
3. dont drink too much of water at a time or with meals leave some gap
4. dont sleep 2 hrs after meals take a light stroll
5. go for regular walk, exercise if possible
6. sleep adequately curtail stress if possible
7. avoid excess tea coffee aerated drinks
all this will help you in long run
if possible get an stool routine and occult blood examination done on two different occasions to look for any odd infection.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery
Happy to help.

Detailed Answer:
great to hear from you.
worthwhile getting an ecg done too especially in view of pain near rib cage and your age.
worthwhile getting basic test like cbc, tsh, creatitnine, stool and an ultra sound also if pain is recurrent.
regards
