Question : have a continuous breakout on face neck and chest. Now, I have ended up having a lot of scars all over my face.

Hi Doc,

I have shared my acne pictures, Until 5 months I never had acne marks on my face.

This is making me nervous as the acne has drastically increased.

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
I would recommend you to use facecare facewash twice daily, take capsule lymecycline ( lymesure) 408 mg once daily at bedtime, apply benzoyl peroxide ( persol AC2.5 percent) 2.5 percent gel on the pimples twice daily , melaglow rich cream on the marks at night and faceguard sunscreen gel on the entire face in the morning and afternoon.
Continue this for 3 weeks and revert.
Avoid sugars and dairy products, avoid oiling of scalp, don’t go for scrubbing of face and facials, stay in cool airy environment and don’t pick your pimples.
This will help in clearing the pimples and marks.
