Why I Have Anxiety Troponin And All Other Tests Were Normal?
Question: I just noticed that my recent EKG reads: normal sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia; possible left atrial enlargement; borderline EKG. As you can see from my history, I went to the ER and was diagnosed with anxiety attack, but now I am concerned since this wasn’t addressed at all. My troponin and all other tests were normal.

Your EXG does not shows any features of Ischemia(heart attach), how ever there is dilution of heart chamber is there any it may be due to stress or anxiety. However you have to get an echo test to rule out any possible structural anomalies like valvular Herat disease.
