Hi Doc,

No i am not under any medical condition nor i am taking any medicine. I am 31 year old and i thought i conceived but i got my chums yesterday.

My BP is normal too. (117/72). Not sure what could be the reason.

I am married and trying to conceive from past 1 month. but i am not taking any medicine.

Probably Meinere disease

Hi again dear,
Dizziness can be related to many medical conditions.
It is commonly related to Meinere disease.
It is a condition related to the middle ear issue.
I recommend to use an antihistamine such as Meclizine 10 mg daily.
If the symptoms continue you should see an ORL specialist.
