Why I Have Bowel Movement All The Time?

Question: In the morning I feel like a I need to make a bowel movement all the time. Sometimes just air and some tissue with blood comes out. What is my problem?

Tinismus with hemorrhoids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
As per the details given by you your are having tinismus(a contant urge to pass stool all the time) along with it some times blood is there which could be because of hemorrhoids or any local pathology.
A opd procedure called rectosigmoidoscopy is suggested where doctor passes a narrow tube with camera inside your rectal canal to have a look of what's wrong.
It takes hardly 10 minutes and is not at all painful.
I would suggest you to go for that.
