Question : Hi Doctor, I am the these symptom for the past 3 weeks. Lower left abdominal and groin area (bone near my virginal area) tenderness. Mild discomfort on my left lower abdominal sometimes but it go away. A discomfort tangling feeling on my urine hole. My urine is clear and no smell. Normal virginal discharge. I went I see my GP last Friday for 3 days medication for UTI. Symptom seems to be better but it came back 2 days after I finished the medicine.

Hi
Pain in the left lower part of the Abdomen can be due to Left sided Ureteric stone.
Ultrasound Abdomen will confirm the diagnosis.If it shows UTI, Urine should be sent for Culture and Sensitivity test.
You should continue the same treatment till Ultrasound abdomen.
Please drink plenty of liquids.
Nothing to worry.It will come down.
Please consult a Surgeon/Urologist and proceed further.
