Question : Pain the the gums around wisdom tooth. Scale of pain 3/10. It started 3 days back and has subsided a bit but its still there. Photos attached lf area around the impacted tooth.

Read your query and gone through the pictures you have attached . As far as i have observed in pictures you have wisdom tooth which is partialy covered with soft tissues that causing pain in gums.

There is nothing to be worried so much . I will suggest you few measures that will be helpful for you in relieving your pain.

- Do warm salt water rinses two to three times a day.
- Do mouth rinse with chlorhexine mouthwash once daily.
- Take medicine for pain like Zerodol SP or Diclomol one tablet twice a day for three days by consulting with local doctor.

Stay safe and stay home.
