Hello,
The most common cause of fresh rectal bleed is Hemorrhoids,
Hemorrhoids are usual in hemorrhoid,
You need to get your proctoscopy done.
Proctoscopy would show if you have them or not,
Till then please use Preperation H once every night and Stool looseing agent like Miralax.
