Question : Hi Dr,

I have shooting pain in my left hand muscles from shoulders...this happens frequently... please advise.....

Can be cervical radiculopathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

This pain you are having from shoulder to hand may be related to cervical radiculopathy or pinched nerve. Bone spur , spondyloarthrosis , injuries can be the cause of it.
Using anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or naproxen can be helpful.
Also gentle exercises and physical therapy is needed.
