I eat dinner early and dont drink much before bedtime still I am facing these issues.
its fine at daytime but at night I have to wake up around 4-5 times.
I dont have any issue falling asleep but always have to wake up for this
the urge to urinate is strong but urine is not much
I feel tired the next morning and sometimes in a very bad mood also.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query and understood your concern.
As per your history and considering blood sugar levels normal other causes for increased urination at nights include bladder infection, OAB, increase salt intake or just that you have trained your body to frequent urination at nights. I would recommend a gynaecologist opinion and urine analysis to rule out infection. Other renedies include Reducing your fluid intake in the evening, especially before bed, Cutting back on alcohol and caffeine, especially in the afternoon and evening, elevating your legs for at least an hour before bed and Reducing your salt intake.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
