Question : Hi, i met a random lady a week ago and she gave me a full body massage with a handjob at the end, I now notice my penis looking different I believe and also now my left knee is itching/a little rash. I%E2%80%99m very nervous that I might%E2%80%99ve attracted a std/STI. Please help.

I se the photos you attached and your penis skin seems normal.
I can't spot anything related to sexually transmitted diseases.
Also the STD can't be transmitted by touching with hands.
You may need to be calm because nothing seems related to STD.
Also itching and rash in knee isn't related to STD.

Seems like petechiae.

I see a red dot on the soft palate which may be a petechiae.
They are common if you are having a sore throat because of a viral infection or s strep throat.
If you have difficulty swallowing, sore throat and fever you should be checked for strep throat.
