Im experiencing light to dark and some red but not bright red discharge the red happend for a few moments but since its been brown this is the 4th day its going away but now im feeling slight pain in my lower abdominal on the right side not severe but shooting kind of

This could be an anatomical cause, like ovarian torsion, appendicitis, kidney stones, etc or it could be an infection like cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease.
First step would be to consult a surgeon or gynecologist and get an ultrasound of whole abdomen done. It is better to be nil by mouth, if some surgery needs to be done.
