Question : I’ve been getting recurring tiny clear blisters on my scrotum. They appear maybe once a year if that and usually after a really good orgasm. When they appear my lymph nodes swell in my groin. The area gets irritated and itchy at times while also my groin becomes tender to the touch with a constant light pain awareness.

I think you may need to get tested for sexually transmitted diseases especially herpes genitalis.
Herpes genitalis usually cause fluid filled blisters which hurts leading to ulcers.
