Since how many days do you have these symptoms?
Do you have fever?
Did you eat any out side food?
You can take Tab. Sporolac or Econorm sachets mixed in a glass of water for 3 times a day and Tab. Mefthal spas 1 tablet 2 times a day for 2 days
