Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would like to know you age and past medical history.
Do you have shortness of breath? Are you overweight?
This situation could be related to lack of physical activity.
Other possible causes to consider would be: chronic anemia, an electrolyte imbalance or dehydration, or thyroid gland dysfunction.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests ( complete blood count, blood electrolytes, thyroid hormone levels) a resting ECG.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr.Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
