Question : ive have anal sex twice and since then my sperm has had an orange tint to it. but its been about a week and its still has this small orange tint. wondering about this.

Based on the facts that you have posted brownish color semen that you have after having anal sex is mostly due to infection of either Seminal Vesicle (Vesiculitis) or of Prostate (Prostatitis).

Get your semen examination and semen culture done to confirm th diagnosis .

In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured .

Ensure to drink more water .

sorry it was with a toy and not an actual person. So i talked to a different doctor, he didnt want to give me antibiotics but in the end gave them to me. he was saying its due to trauma and to give it a week and i told him i already gave it a week. So is there anything else you would like to add to this? this is the first time this has ever happened and that was the first two times i did those things. or does your diagnosis change? is this a big problem or you think it should clear up in a week after antibiotics

sorry i re-read my question and it didnt give much information to you. i have no pain at all or any other symptoms as of today. been about a week except that my sperm color is still slightly tinted yellow . but if it is an infection i dont want it to get bad. so im going to take the antibiotics incase. just want to know if you think this is serious or it should just go away after that round of antibiotics

last question,i told him you recomended Doxicycline but im allergic to tetracycline so i told him that and he gave me sulfamethoxazole . just getting second opinion that this will clear up what i have, thanks

So i masturbated today just to see after 2 days of antibiotics and it looks like 75% of it was light brownish more than it was before. still not other symptoms, also he gave me a weeks antibiotics is that enough?
