Question : Hi Doctor, My Grandmother was suffering from fever and cough from last 10 days now she dont have fever there is little bit of cough. But she not able to eat anything , she vomits everything whatever she eats. She is suffering from sever constipation. Please help me regarding this

Hello,
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
As this is corona time, covid should be ruled out.
Get covid 19 test done.
Get hrct chest done
For vomiting and constipation, give antiemetic like ondansetron and laxative like lactulose.
Give electrol powder simultaneously.
