Question: Hello Doctor,

I just has rough oral sex and now I have dark purple/black spots on the head and some on the shaft (I'm uncircumcised so you can see them after I pull back). I'd like to know what this is. Please help. I can send pictures.

Please note that this happened immediately after I finished. My penis looked fine before. My penis head was in slight pain after we finished. Right now it feels sore.
