Question : After sexual intercourse or masturbation I am not seeing any sperm coming out.This is happening since last 2 weeks.We are trying to conceive.
Could you please help.

I read your query and here is my advice.

If you are having an orgasm and not seeing any sperm most probably you are having retrograde ejaculation meaning that the sperm goes to the bladder instead of coming out of the urethra.
This can cause infertility since you are trying to convince.
Some health conditions and medications may be the cause of retrograde ejaculation.
You can tell me if you are having any disease or taking medications like antidepressants which may cause this.
Visiting an urologist may be recommended.

I am not taking any medicines and I donot see any sperm in during urination.

Is this is serious issue.
Can this be cured?
