Question : Now a day i experienced cough followed by breathlessness frequently.

Possibility of asthma is more likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since your age is 21 years, asthma can be the cause.
Another possibility is allergic bronchitis, lung infection etc.
So get done chest x ray, PFT (Pulmonary Function Test), IgE level and CBC (complete blood count).
Any smoking habit?
Any wheezing sound from chest?
Any family history of allergy, asthma?
