Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of neuralgic pain.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of neuralgic pain, arising from trigeminal nerve (the nerve supplying sensation to face, jaw and ear regions).

As of now, you can take pregabalin capsule or carbamazepine tablet for relief of symptoms. If symptoms persist, MRI of brain may be done to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
