Why Am I Experiencing Piercing Pain In My Right Junction Of The Ears And The Jaw?

Question: I am experiencing piercing pain in my right junction of ear and jaws since yesterday evening. It is occurring in every 10-15 secs. But did not experience during sleep i.e. I did not waken up by pain. The pain started again from the moment I woke up in this morning.
Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of neuralgic pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of neuralgic pain, arising from trigeminal nerve (the nerve supplying sensation to face, jaw and ear regions).
As of now, you can take pregabalin capsule or carbamazepine tablet for relief of symptoms. If symptoms persist, MRI of brain may be done to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.
I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,
