Question : I am experiencing some pain in my right breast. I am not suffering shortness of breath at all, and no other symptoms that could signal a heart attack. I had a mild heart attack over two years ago.
Brief Answer:
Unlikely if tenderness is also present
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Usually it's less common to have heart attack with right sided Pain.
Now you should check few things, if the pain is increasing on applying pressure then it's likely a local pain either from the breast or musculoskeletal pain. Also, if pain is increasing on deep breathing then usually it's not cardiac. Cardiac will not increase in such manner.
Heart attack is usually associated with sweating, uneasiness etc.
However, there is no harm in having ecg and rule out the possibility.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
