Hello,

Tingling may be a neurological symptom of pinched nerve if it follows a distribution along with the nerve dermatome (territory).

In cases of involvement of the one side of the body, a group of nerves may be compressed in the spinal cord or brain.

The first step in understanding better your condition is an evaluation by your primary care Doctor.

If compression of the spinal cord or a part of the brain is suspected after this evaluation, imaging studies ( MRI ) may be necessary.
