Question : Iam on Escitalopram medication for anxiety for one month and according to the doctor advise I discontinued the medicine after that my head is spinning and I observed a little pressure at the back of my head and also experiencing day time sleepiness which is hampering my productivity and other effect my sexual interest and my having hypertension and on telmisatran 40 mg please advise

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The symptoms may be due to withdrawal. Higher the dose, more the chances of withdrawal symptoms.
You should take more fluids.
Continue antihypertensive medications.
If symptoms persist,then visit to the doctor.
Clonazepam in low doses may be taken.

dear sir,
i have day time sleepiness is there before i was on esctitalopram,i used to go to sleep suddenly in between meetings please note that i used to sleep soundly in the night for 8 hours still i used to get day time sleepiness,so for that doctor precribed modanafil,is it safe and logical to take modanafil and esctilopram to gether because they act oppositely one wont let you sleep and other one is a tranquilizer please advise iam confused,because here there are 2 parts one part is anxiety and other part is day time sleepines
