Question : I'm experiencing weakness in my arms and legs. At the same time breaking out in sweats. I've been diagnosed years ago with fibro,but this is different. Cymbalta has been helping w/that. Very low energy level. Female,76 years old.

Going by the mentioned symptoms it seems that you are suffering from hormone deprivation. Such a thing is commonly encountered in perimenopausal or post-menopausal women.
