Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. You need to do an Audiogram or Pure tone audiogram to know the hearing status. If the hearing is too low in the respective ear then you need to take a hearing aid. For now start tab Augmentin 1 gm twice daily for 1 week. Take nasoclear nose drop twice daily for 2 week.
