Question : Thank you I have a pain on my left hand side just below the breast as if going towards my back I wonder its the heart or muscle

Hello,

You have given minimum information about your problem.

You are less than 40 years and without Diabetes and hypertension. Most likely it is because of muscular pain.

If it persists more than 30 minutes or increases continuously, you should consult your physician.
