I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This seems to be either post-typhoid recovering phase or it maybe recurrence of typhoid.

Kindly upload all previous reports including the typhoid test. Also get tested for typhoid again. Also let me know all symptoms.

Meanwhile drink cleaner water and hygienic well-cooked food. Avoid any raw foods like salad etc from outside where we are not sure who prepared it. Also if your food is being prepared by another person, please get then tested for typhoid as they maybe the source of your recurring infection.
