Question : Hi I've been having heart palpitations when waking up for work followed sometimes by dizzyness and a hot feeling. What coud this be?

Hi
Palpitations at the age of 24 is mostly due to anxiety.
Sometimes it may be due to low blood sugar levels as it is associated with dizziness .
Please get ECG and random blood sugar.check your BP
