Question : I am getting sudden red/purple blotches on my forearms......
I am not a heart patient.
I do take allergy and breathing meds, thyroid, vitamin D, estrogel.

My last bloodwork was normal. I do not have hbp. I saw my doctor three weeks ago--but she has closed her practice. My dermatologist has sold his practice.

What could be going on?

Hi,

According to your complaints it seems to be ecchymotic patches.
These are very common in old age and are related to thin skin.
They don’t require any active intervention and nothing needs to be done.
