Brief Answer: duct papilloma is most likely Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX A bloody discharge from the nipple is always a XXXXXXX sign. It cannot be ignored clinically. It always suggests a serious underlying pathology like breast cancer, most commonly a duct papilloma. In my view, you must get it evaluated at the earliest. Please fix an appointment with your primary care physician at the earliest regarding this problem. A Mammography would definitely help in finding out the cause. Hope this helps.
