Question: I am having a lot of frequency to urinate, it seems like a lot of pressure. I just got off an antibiotic last thursday for uti, but it was not confirmed as uti at ER but they gave me antibiotic for it anyway. I don't have the burning that would come with UTI because I've had those before and haven't had one in a lot of years I am 52 year old female. Last night it was really bad with pain and pressure

In cases of urinary infections besides urine analysis the urine culture should be done,this helps us to find the microbes that cause the infection and based on this proper treatment.

I will suggest you abdominal ultrasound too
